State trooper earns national honor

An Oregon State Police Fish & Wildlife trooper with ties to Salem is the first Oregonian to receive a national honor for work in wildlife conservation and protection of natural resources.

Senior Trooper Mark Prodzinski received the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation’s Guy Bradley Award.

Bradley was the first wildlife law enforcement agent killed on duty in 1905.
