Bike ride honors fallen Greenfield, Indy police officers

Cyclists kneeled and prayed for safety in front of the Statehouse Monday morning as they prepared to honor the officers who gave their lives to keep Hoosiers safe.

The COPS bicycle ride is an emotional 13-day, 1,000-mile bike ride around Indiana, raising money and awareness for officers in Indiana that have died in the line of duty. This year, the bike ride honors fallen Greenfield Police Officer Will Phillips and fallen Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Officer David Moore.
