K-9 GRADUATION

One-by-one officers from around Atlantic County and their new four legged partners walked across the stage to receive a plaque and officially become a part of a local K-9 unit.

“It’s good to have someone at your side who you know is going to be ready to fight if need be,” said Robert Armstrong, Barnegat Police Department K-9 officer.

The 22 officers and their companions trained for nearly 10 hours a day for 16 weeks to prepare for their new positions.
