Fundraising Motorcycle Ride Honors Fallen Denver Police Officer

Family and friends of a fallen Denver police officer remembered him on Sunday during the Donnie Young Memorial Poker Run. Members of the Denver Police Department also joined in the 104 mile motorcycle ride.

Young was shot and killed while working off-duty security at a baptism party in 2005. A second officer was injured in the shooting. Raul Gomez Garcia was convicted in Young’s shooting death.
