K9 Officers Thank Supporters

The Payne County Sheriff’s department is thanking all the community partners who made it possible for the agency to add two badly needed K9 officers to its ranks this winter.

Dep. Rockford Brown with his new partner Rudy and Dep. Paul Fox with his new partner Andy and Sheriff R.B. Hauf presented Stillwater Mill Agri-Center with a plaque to show their appreciation for the store’s recent pledge.

The Agri-Center is donating all food for both dogs for their entire service career.

The high-quality food the dogs need costs over $40 per bag, bringing their combined food bill to about $100 each month.
