Seal Beach Chief honored by SWAT group

Seal Beach Chief of Police Jeff Kirkpatrick has been named “Chief of the Year” by California Association of Tactical Officers.

“This award is presented to the California Police Chief or Sheriff who has done the most to support his or her SWAT team. We are extremely proud of Jeff and our five-city West County SWAT team for this prestigious recognition, as well as Jeff’s continued efforts to support the overall team and our own Seal Beach PD SWAT team members” said Seal Beach City Manager David Carmany.
