Del Rio Police Department Lt. Stephen “Steve” Berg has contributed one of his “war stories” to the recently-published book “True Blue: To Protect and Serve,” compiled by Randy Sutton, author and a lieutenant in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
